We care about your experience with Saanjhari and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. While we strive to deliver only the best, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Here's everything you need to know about our return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to personal preferences or satisfaction.
However, we do accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product

You received a damaged product
In both cases, the following conditions must be met:
- A parcel opening video is mandatory. The video must be recorded clearly from the moment the package is being unsealed to the final reveal of the product.
- Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints raised after this period may not be considered.
Important Guidelines
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We do not offer refunds for prepaid orders if you change your mind.
- We recommend not accepting a parcel if the seal is broken at the time of delivery.
- Colour variations may occur due to differences in screen brightness and display settings. These are not considered valid reasons for return or refund.
- As all products go through quality checks before dispatch and we have served 20,000+ happy customers, we are unable to accept returns or refunds based on individual preferences or satisfaction.
How to Raise a Complaint
If your order qualifies for a return or replacement:
- Record a clear video of the parcel opening at the time of unboxing.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order details along with the video.
